There are some excellent resources listed in the conference notebook you received. Here are some others that Sarah & I have found helpful over the years (in no particular order).
Also, when I called Sarah to ask for some suggestions from our bookshelf at home, I thought it might be fun to record our conversation. (our first podcast. How special. 🙂 ) Give it a listen, if you like.

We use these Catechism Questions (there might be better ones out there, but these are the ones we’ve used for awhile now). I usually do this as Q&A (I ask, they answer) towards the end of dinner. When I teach a new question & answer, we briefly discuss it and use that as a brief time of teaching. Then we talk about how we can remember the answer verbatim (sometimes that’s based on what was just taught, while other times it’s just a memorization technique). This is fun and, like many things at our dinner table, somewhat competitive.
